3-Day and 5-Day Urban Plunge: Twin Cities
We would like to invite your congregation to join us for a three or five day mission trip in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area!
An Urban Plunge mission trip provides :
- Housing with showers (you will need to bring sleeping bags)
- A service itinerary which provides you with a minimum of three different types of volunteer opportunities
- Ethnic food for dinner each night at local ethnic restaurants (continental breakfast and sack lunches also included)
- Reflection and journal questions for on-site education and also for post-trip reintegration into your home community
- Local experts who will speak to your group on a variety of different issues: homelessness, poverty, aids, prostitution, etc.
- An on-site team of young adults who will help facilitate nightly discussion with your group (if desired by the trip leader)
*2011-12 Cost/Person:
- One Day: $60
- Weekend : $120
- 3 Day Service Trip: $170
- 5 Day Service Trip: $245
- *Prices based on a 15-person group minimum

How do I sign up?
1. Click here to complete the online application to reserve your spot for up to 3 weeks (deposits must be received within 3 weeks of registration to hold your spot).
2. Pay your deposit online through Paypal. You do not need an account with paypal to use it.
